He magnanimously introduces a startled Adam Rex, who's busy lettering the dedication page before introducing Chloe, the main character of the story. He's a little clay-mation type dude bearing a striking resemblance to the author. The author, Mac Barnett, intrudes by peeking around the edge of one of the front-pages. ![]()
